You can enjoy Hashidaya's specialty dishes, including Hakata-style Mizutaki (our specialty "Shirotaki"), which is made by simmering chicken bones for over seven hours, as well as Yodare-dori (sweet chicken), Miyazaki Goteyaki (charcoal-grilled chicken thighs), our specialty sweet and sour chicken wings, stone-grilled dishes made with lava from Mt. Fuji, and rolled omelets made with specially selected eggs.This is a course that is sure to satisfy you at banquets, and is also recommended for girls' parties.
