You can enjoy Hashidaya's specialty dishes, including Hakata-style Mizutaki (our specialty [Shirotaki]), which is made by simmering chicken bones for more than seven hours, as well as Yodare Tori (deep-fried chicken), Miyazaki Goteyaki (charcoal-grilled chicken thighs), the specialty Amakara Teba (sweet chicken wings), stone-grilled dishes made with lava from Mt.
