Starting with Hakata-style mizutaki (our specialty [shirataki]), which is made by boiling chicken bones for over 7 hours, we also use drool chicken, Miyazaki gote-yaki (charcoal-grilled chicken thighs), the famous Amakara chicken wings, and Mt. Fuji lava. You can enjoy Hashidaya's specialty dishes such as stone-grilled dishes and special egg dashi rolls.This course is also recommended for girls' parties and will leave you very satisfied.
