Starting with Hakata-style mizutaki (our specialty [shirataki]), which is made by simmering chicken bones for over 7 hours, we also offer drool chicken, Miyazaki gote-yaki (charcoal-grilled chicken thighs), sweet chicken wings, special egg dashimaki, and more.
